Why haven't you seen a doctor?

First of all, you CAN still get pregnant after having your tubes tied. It happens all the time. Remember NO method of birth control is 100% effective--except abstinence.

It could be lots of things. She really needs to see her doctor.

Ovulation pains can cause nausea and vomiting, and so can menstrual pains. That would explain the every 2 week thing.
It sucks, but there's not much anyone can do about it.

She might have a gallbladder problem.
