The Dodgers have a good young core group of players and Torre is a very good manager. It would seem to me that all pointers are in the up position for the Dodgers in the years to come.

At season's beginning the Dodgers were thought to be a big contender for their Division and to move into the playoffs........It didn't materalize.........I think Torre's style of managing coupled with his baseball savy will be a help to the Dodgers and I don't think it will take long before they are a real force in the National League..........If next season starts off well for them I expect them to stay in the thick of it..........CAT

No you still need talent to win. Right now, the Rockies, DBacks and Padres are better than the Dodgers. Hopefully if the Giants can get their act together, we'll be better than the Dodgers too.

Could be! I also heard that Mattingly with be going with him too. Maybe the National League needs a kick in the pants to compete and Torre is the guy to put a team together to do it!
