nuclear (for energy)
radio (for communication)
light bulbs (for light)

Bad radiation:

The sun is a good source. It provides all the energy for life.

Other than that, you're going to have to better word the question. Good for what? Bad for What?

X-ray's are good for seeing bones...but bad for fetuses.

You need to be more specific.

there really is no "good radiation" too much of any radiation is bad. like the suns radiation, if you are exposed too long you can get skin cancer.....in the end, no radiation is good, at least to a degree.
