There is always some turd that wants to sue.

The Health and Safety Laws are aimed at preventing many cheap Solicitor claims.

It is the compensation society that has caused this stupidity.

We aren't getting a bit silly, but those in power over us have gone completely mad. This is because people won't take responsibility for their own actions and will try to sue for almost any reason. A colleague of mine has the right idea:
"Remove all warning labels, let stupidity sort itself out"

And did you read in the newspapers that a school in London had banned its children from wearing football boots and/or trainers when having soccer coaching provided by Charlton Athletic F.C. because they fear that they may hurt each other. They have to wear pumps. So, I wonder, what happens if one of them breaks a metatarsal! Do the parents sue the school? I do hope so!

I have had that in the past! If you buy something that needs a pin then you have to do it yourself, for Health and Safety reasons. Mental huh?

It wasn't so long ago when you couldn't walk down the high street without someone or other pining a flag on you. How times change.
