It depends in which society you are living.
Nobody would call in North African countries like Morocco a 15 years old a girl, but a woman.
In Africa 15 years old are already regarded as matured women and in most of the cases already has had at least one birth...
In Spain people use to say girl till the age of 16... then the girl turns into a young woman...
In many South American countries 15 and 16 years old are not regarded as if they were "girls".
Personally, I wouldn´t call a 15 year old a girl, as it´s ridiculous, she isn´t a girl anymore and also she isn´t an adult... so I would call her "young lady / woman", because this is what she is.

I wouldn't consider a 14/15 year old a woman. A girl or young lady at the most!

I wouldn't consider a 14 or 15 year old a woman. I would say either a girl or a young woman. She may be physically mature, but she is still not an adult.

You could say a young lady, or girl. Woman is a stretch for a 15 year old.

No. And if she wants to be a woman, she'll understand that anyone who cares about her will call her a girl simply because they want her to have more time to be a girl.

Ppl who love you want you to be a girl as long as possible. Not that being a teenager can't be very sad and tragic. But HAVING to grow up when you should still have parents taking care of you is very sad.

No. The correct phrase is a "15 year old GIRL". Girls do not become women until they are at least 18 in the eyes of the law. Hope that helps.
