You need to tell an adult, your parents are probably the first you should tell. They, hopefully, will get in touch with your school principal and set up a meeting to deal with the problem. A school counsellor is also an option but you parents need to know what is going on.
Other than that, at the present I would make sure I am never alone with this person. Surround yourself with your friends as there is strength in numbers.
Do not, like some fools have suggested fight back or get someone else to beat this kid up. That makes you as bad as him and I hope that is not what you want. Violence solves nothing.
My father was a school principal and when kids fought their bullies both kids got the strap (back in the day). The reasoning behind this was the kid getting bullied should have told a teacher and the problem would have been resolved. By taking it into their own hands and having a physical fight they had both broken school rules and were punished equally. Then they would set about resolving the problem. Don't get yourself in trouble.

STAND UP for your self!
if you show him that he can do this then he will continue to do so.
i always tell my children and nieces that if someone messes with you or hits you (and it don't really hurt) then you tell a counselor or a teacher that this person is bothering you and you don't want to get in trouble for fighting but if he does it one more time then you WILL defend your self and hit back.
And i say all it takes it one good punch right in the throat! just aim there and i promise they will leave you alone.
now you can't do this just out of the blue. it has to be only if you have tried all other options.you can get into alot of trouble. so like i said... go warn your teachers of the damage you may cause if they don't get this bully to stop bullying you.

You need to tell someone right away...this should not be tolerated....parents, principal, a teacher, a cop....somebody real soon. You don't have to be going through this. You are going to get hurt.
