It depends on the situation. Purple was once considered a "royal" color (thus Prince wore it), and was appropriate for the robes & royal flags. Pink is a nice feminine color, not traditionally something that a man would wear (though some do).

well i ask this question too and a person told me that pink is feminine and that purple is bold and out-going and it's nice to wear pink in the mornng and purple at night when you'll have the spirit on hanging out at night times.

Pink and purple are Barbie colors and interchangeable as far as I am concerned. I go for green myself.

I love pink myself. Its one of my favorite colors. But I too have a color I just cannot get with: RED!

okay..... I love both!!! but If you really want me to choose... I'd go for pink... because, it's cool, girly, and very pleasing for the eyes!!! but I'm not saying I hate purple! I also like purple because it symbolizes royalty!!!

purple's like my favoriest color ever but i don't actually own anything that's purple. all my stuff's like hot pink and black which are the most rockin colors EVER!!!!
