Depends on the state. Some states you only have till the 3rd, some you can drag out for months.

An eviction notice (given by the landlord) or an eviction order (given by the court) will have the date you are required to be off the premises listed on it.

A landlord's notice will often give 30 days ... but may be as little as 5 days.

A court's notice will usually be by midnight of the same day as the court date. In no circumstances (in the US or Canada) will it be longer than 72 hours.

However, as another poster pointed out - are you going to court for unpaid rent (which is basically small claims court, seeking money) ... or are you going to court to be evicted? The small claims version (where the landlord still wants his money) will not necessarily result in eviction proceedings, as long as you can pay up what you owe. Even then, you're still given some time to fix the financial picture.

if you reach the point where you go to court and lose, it could be that day. 3 days max. But are you going to court for rent collection, or are you formally being evicted? Big difference.

If the eviction is served and enforced by Law Enforcement then usually immediately. Otherwise, if it was served by certified mail then 2 days from the date you receive it. After that point it becomes criminal trespassing.
