Forget about uv radiation, its fricken cold there man, the uv radiation counter reacts the effects of the extreme -140* - 210* degrees below zero freezing temperatures, therefore its a comfortable 56* degrees farenheit below the actual surface of the planet, this will all be explained if you ever go, I'm sure.

I don't think it will be too much of a problem because the pressure suits with enclosed face masks will be made to block enough UV to protect your skin. The atmosphere is way too thin to breathe without a space suit. The air here is more than 100 times the density.
