Just wanted to share because I don't know what else to do;
I am so happy right now.

Last year I went through the most terrible year of depression with suicide attempts and terrible break ups at a point where I was already so vulnerable.

But this year is going amazing! I am fourteen, I found the boy I know would never hurt me. It's just such a good feeling. I have the perfect friends that I know I can trust. It just makes all the bad things disappear when you find the people you really care about.

When you're so happy, does anyone else get those butterflies in your stomach like I keep getting? What about you guys, are you really happy too?

I was 14 then to, I meant by last year, last school year. I am turning 15 in two months. And it was my first break up and it was over and over again because we kept getting back together. And I meant it was bad because he talked horribly about me and prank phone called me after it happened.

And I also dealt with a sexual assault, that's why I was depressed.

As happy as I am for you, I'm a little concerned that you base your happiness on others around you. You need to be happy or have joy even in those moments when you boyfriend breaks up with you and your friends betray you. Because, sorry to say, those things will happen eventually. No one is always happy and no one is always sad, it's a cycle which makes us appreciate the happy times so much more. So just a word of advise, don't base your happiness on other people. You are so young and haven't experienced the true reality of life.

Right now you are at an age where depression is common. Your's in particular seemed to be bad, but at your age you shouldn't have to worry about relationships and stuff like that, you should just worry about yourself and how to deal with the transition between girl and womanhood. I'm glad to hear you're feeling better and there are no more suicide attempts. Try to keep this good mood up!

Yes I am. I have no boyfriend, I like being single at the moment, I have nice friends and I'm having a Halloween sleepover tomorrow. I am really excited! :P :D

The problems arise from being swept back and forth between happy and sad. They cannot exist without each other. How would you know happy if it were not for sad!
