It may not be virgin pain at all, she may have other medical issues that are going on, I am 40 and have had 3 kids and I cant have sex anymore because my cervix is to small and the muscles are so tight that it actually makes intercourse so uncomfortable that I cant do it anymore. So, maybe its a medical problem, because after two months of marriage she should be just fine. Also, maybe she is stressed out, she may be tightning up her muscles as she is stressing out and in turn this causes pain and makes sex painful, so have her relax more, maybe some foreplay?

If she is scared or nervous about having sex for the first time, she is probably tightening up her muscles which makes the pain much worse than otherwise. If she can make an effort to relax her muscles down there it will probably make it better.

I don't understand, of course there will be some pain when her virginity is taken, but it isn't a big deal. Why are you waiting?
