How could puny 3d critters like us be sure? There are definitely structures in space that look like giant faces and bodies. The helix nebula looks like the eye of God. Look at

Of course we know that this is just a planetary nebula that is the one closest to Earth at about 400 light years away. It is the size in the sky of the full moon, but is much dimmer. It is visible in my 12 inch telescope, but that is the smallest telescope that I have manged to see this nebula in.

How old are you? 9, 10? If so, then yes there is a deity that resides all around us and in our hearts. It is good that you look for answers. In time, you will have an open heart and will want to learn more about it by reading the Bible. King James preferably. If your older than this, then I recommend the same and maybe some psychiatric help while your at it.
