The only conclusion is that foods when concentrate are not healthy. All the doctors say that we must eat fresh food and vegetables and drink lemonade from lemons etc. and not concentrate.

When I have to think seriously, I do my household chores.
Washing dishes, vacuuming, dusting, help me concentrate and reach to a solution. The house looks so nice, too! lol

I think i have a bit of a concentration problem on only one thing. I have to do many things at the same time otherways i get bored of what i do:-)))

Deadlines. I find that if you give yourself a deadline, you work more thorougly to meet it. Your thoughts gather themselves around the time, and your thinking is sharper!
