Moving to Florida next year with my interracial family and want a multicultural environment that is safe. I researched and saw that Broward County is a pretty safe county, and the aforementioned cities are pretty safe, even with the mixture of races and cultures. This is awesome. I was wondering if people had any first hand knowledge of any of these places. Thanks.

I grew up in Fort Lauderdale and lived in Plantation...left there is 1967. Went back to my high school's (Stranahan) 25th reunion and ran into an old friend that still lived in the same area and asked them if their kids went to Stranahan...both the husband & wife screamed NO...it's a war zone now, so I would suggest avoiding an area (which it looks like you are) that would cause your kids to go to my old school.
I think it's going to get down to where you can find a house you can afford, in an area you like. Good luck!
