Answer questions for 1/2 an hour, then, IF you spend an hour going through stuff in and or from the attic, let yourself have another 1/2 hour of answers. Then, back to work for an hour. By spacing it out, you can have fun and get the work done.

You can still have fun here if you do a little at a time , no need to switch off the computer. Go to the attic with your alarm clock and set it to go off in 15 min´s time . Pick only one box to sort out or one thing . See how much you can achieve in this short amount of time . If you think you should carry on , then do the same again, if not then sit down and have a rest or come back here and ask or answer a few more Q. This way you do a little at a time and you wont miss out on any fun

Just clean for 1 hour each day. After a week, you have spent 7 hours up there.

If your boys are so great get them to do it!
And don't give me any garbage about them being too young. I was out tarring my dad's roof while I was still in diapers.
