Find the quietest/sound proof place you know. NO distractions ( visual, TV, reading..turn the lights off perhaps). Sit for 10 minutes. How do you feel? What did you miss the most? What would you not miss? What would your world be like without sound?

It would be really great if you had tried it and tell me your own personal feeling.

I think it's absolutely necessary that every human being spend a minimum of 15 minutes alone in complete silence with themselves a day. Not where you are doing anything. Meditating works great and I wish everyone in the world would make time for it. Just to get to know yourself at your deepest core and clearing out your mind is a really unique and personal experience.

It feels peaceful and energizing. I always feel like if I had time to sit and do absolutely nothing for 15 minutes then I have time to do whatever it takes to have what I want.

i would... probably fell asleep. If im not asleep i would probably think about everything, about life and all the problems im facing, then get sad and scared. I need to get my mind busy all the times, even 10 minutes not gonna do for me. I would miss my dog the most, cause when there's a black-out in my house, i would call my Baby, and she will come to me, touch my leg softly, then i would take her to my lap and hold her, its comforting :)

If you can be silent for 10 minutes, keep it up. Silence also includes the mind!

I meditate 1 hour, everyday, in total silence. If I where to answer your Q. it would fill a novel.
