its a nice euphamism for somebody with a huge weener or a a woman with a huge rack. it's so you can say something that would otherwise be in bad taste i guess.
i have a small chest, but i think i'm well endowed still!!

Penis or boobs. That's about all the uses today. I'm sure it used to mean well endowed in other areas, but our perverted minds have excluded all those other meanings.

In a woman, it means large breasts.
