Not at all. I think the world needs to see more of these animals. Beavers and peckers are a great part of nature.

Not offensive but defensive. You have to watch it, some of those beavers will bite. Wood peckers I know nothing about.

Not at all. They are part of nature. Though the noise could possibly be annoying from a wood pecker if done to the side of your house or by a open window. LOL

I like them as well even though I don't have them around where I live since I come from NZ of course.
People who find them offensive just have to get used to the fact that Woodpeckers peck loudly for a reason and Beaver's teeth are of course going to be noisy when chewing through wood, regardless.
I find Humans more noisier than Animals in my opinion.

beavers and wood peckers are animals, they aren't offensive. What makes it offensive is the way you would think of it. just because their names have double meaning, most specially when it comes to SEX, that would make it offensive.
why not look at them without malice. you would learn to like the beaver and the wood pecker.

I personally love wood peckers...I have a beaver. When my beaver is bad I like to take someone's woodpecker and beat it! lol
