Has anyone ever had a dream where a bunch of things just make absolutely no sense? Listen to this?

I had a dream I was scared as hell but once I thought about none of it made that much sense. Like I was at Walmart and we were all trying to escape the store because there was a lion in it. I am serious and I was scared as hell all night long. The lion was in seasonal and then was like hiding somewhere in domestics looking for me, it caught me and I like turned around and picked up a gun out of nowhere. Who keeps a gun at Walmart in a clothes rack. I didn't get any of that. What the heck happens to us when we're sleeping

You spend way to much time in walmart, but I know what you mean. Sometimes I have those kind of dreams where nothing makes sense and I can even wake up, and then go back to sleep and be back in the same dream, not sure whats going on there but to me its like I am not at peace with myself or something. I think we definitely need to say our Prayers before we go to bed at night because there is no way we can be at rest when that crazy stuff is going on while we sleep.

What happens when we sleep is that our mind takes the things we were mulling over or working on or troubled with while we were awake and puts them into symbols. Think about what the various things in your dream could represent, and you may have a clue to why you dream as you do. WalMart could represent a lot of choices, trying to escape the store (or those choices), you are scared to make a choice because you aren't sure of yourself, are afraid you'll make the wrong choice, or don't like any of the choices. The lion could represent the threat of making a wrong choice. Because he starts out in "seasonal" may mean the threat isn't permanent, hiding in domestics could mean family involvement which is putting pressure on you to make a choice, and when the threat catches up to you in a personal way, you find a weapon (not a gun because finding it in a clothes rack could mean the "weapon" is "clothed" as something else but could be just as deadly in the end. The fact that you were able to defend yourself could indicate that you will find a solution to choosing wisely, will be able to defend yourself against the personal innuendos.

On the other hand, you may have just eaten too much and the excess food in your stomach was fighting among itself. lol

Sometimes we can't take dreams too seriously, but often it is a subconscious trying to sort things out.
