the head of my penis, the helmet, has cracks in the surface of the skin, like little tears, (they dont hurt). its just vanity reasons im concerned. im still sensitive and can ejaculate. but im wondering what the cracks and tears in the skin mean and what can be done about them?
its like looking at the surface of leather that is cracked, not ripped, but cracks in the leather.

Could be just dry skin. I have psoriasis, and sometimes, this happens to me.
Not a big deal.
Try taking a bath with a little baby oil in the water, and drink more water to keep your body hydrated. If you look for moisturizing cream, get one that is free of perfumes and harsh chemicals.

you don't mention if you're circumscised, but it sounds as if you are. sometimes the op is performed and the cut is made a little too close, it can cause the skin to stretch when you're erect (the way that the skin stretches on a woman's stomach when she's pregnant)
Unless it's painful, or unless they've actually broken the skin i wouldn't worry. although, if the skin is broken, i'd be going to a doctor just to be onthe safe side

You may have eczema which is an allergy so maybe you are allergic to the material of your briefs i.e. cotton allergy, also depending on your sexual activity certain STD's manifest in this way so to be safe and stop any worries the best advice i can give is consult a physician, i know it can be embarrassing but believe me they are trained to do this sort of thing and it could prevent any future worries, if it does turn out to be eczema - moisturise and clean daily, no soap though! hope that helped.

Does it hurt if you touch it? Or if you ejac? You might want to check with a doctor to be on the safe side. It might be soemthing dangerous that would be better caught early then later.

Yeah, you can look at the head of most guys' penis (provided they don't knock the crap out of you) and you will see the same thing-- perfectly normal.

it sounds like it can just be dry skin, but I would see a dermatologist or your regular doctor to amke sure everything is ok.
