Thats a tough one... from a person who's actually been there before, when that happened to me (some guy dropped a 20) I needed it. Me and my bf had no food or gas, so I kept it.
The dude was being a big showboat anyways, flashing it and what not... I'm not saying that made it right, but it happened and I took advantage of it.
Now if it happened, I'd say no, because I make sure I have money on me so I wont have a reason to do that. I'm giving it back

he earned it and i did not, so i would return it.
i once found a wallet on the street in front of a house that had a lot of cash in it.i checked the address on the ID then knocked on the door and handed it the the young fellow. it turned out they were a young couple with a baby that had just bought their first home and the money was for the household bills. he tried to reward me but i refused.
a lot of people can't afford to lose anything.

yes i would give it back, because i didn't earn it, Ive found women's purses in shopping cart's before, i didn't even open them, i just took them in to the store and gave them to the manager, it all depends on how people were raised , myself i do what the bible Say's about this, i know I'm going to get alot of thumb's down on this, but that's OK, because I'll be getting in to heaven before you will,
