it's an anti- vampire reflective mirror
or you need to wipe it Clean with a little Windex and a lint free towell.

maybe the mirror is flipped around and you arent seeing the reflective surface of it, just the back of the mirror, or maybe you are a ghost, or maybe the mirror is cursed.
