I don't believe that it is only Nigerian people. People like this only want to make easy cash. I am sick of receiving scamming emails from them saying some millionaire has died in Nigeria and they want to make me the beneficiary of their will. I just need to send them all my bank account details first. I was also trying to buy a dog and encountered one of these con men. they wanted me to send money by western union, I told them where to go.
