You will definitely need another video card. Integrated graphics for FEAR - that's just... There's even no word for it.

Check the requirements of the game:

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIRED:

Windows® XP, x64 or 2000 with latest service pack installed; DirectX® 9.0c (August Edition) or higher; Pentium® 4 1.7 GHz or equivalent processor; 512 MB of RAM or more; 64 MB GeForce™ 4 Ti or Radeon® 9000 video card; Monitor that can display in 4:3 aspect ratio; 5.0 GB free Hard Drive Space for installation; Additional hard drive space for a swap file and saved game files; 4x CD-ROM drive; 16-bit DirectX® 9.0 compliant sound card with support for EAX™ 2.0; Broadband or LAN connection for multiplayer games; Mouse; Keyboard

RECOMMENDED HARDWARE:

Pentium® 4 3.0 GHz or equivalent processor; 1 GB RAM; A 256 MB Radeon® 9800 Pro or GeForce™ FX 5900 or equivalent supported DirectX® 9 compliant video card with hardware T&L and pixel shader 2.0 support; Sound Blaster® X-Fi™ series sound card

SUPPORTED CHIPSETS:

ATI™ Radeon® 9000 Series, Radeon® 9500 Series, Radeon® 9600 Series, Radeon® 9700 Series, Radeon® 9800 Series, Radeon® X600 Series, Radeon® X700 Series, Radeon® X800 Series, Radeon® X850 Series

NVIDIA® GeForce™ 4 Ti series, GeForce™ FX 5900 series, 6600 series, 6800 series, 7800 series.

It looks like your chipset is not even supported. If it would be - you would only be getting around 10fps on very low quality settings - pretty much impossible to play like that.

Given the possible options with todays videocards, you'll have no problem finding something you like. Generally, you want to shoot for the absolute maximum you can afford and I'd say don't go ANY lower than 7600gt or x1650xt. You might as well check into something newer and get 8600gt/2600xt and above, although unless you're planning to upgrade to Vista any time soon, DirectX10 support on those video cards won't be helpful to you.

All of your other system components seem to be great for this game.

it is going to likely be the pictures purposes. I even have a working laptop or computer, and function basically had to purchase a pictures card, not because of the fact the twin center chip isn't effectual adequate, yet because of the fact the pastime (Medieval finished conflict ll from 2008) won't know directX 9 except that's on a pictures chip. Laptops in maximum circumstances are actually not gaming machines, so no rely if that's gaming you want you will might desire to sell the computer on Ebay, and then get a working laptop or computer with gaming capibilites, or spend plenty on on a intense end computer.
