ok i am having coffee and what i want it to be my last cigarette, need support and encouragement, somebody out there wants to quit with me, in an hour we would have quit and for good, how about that ? hein ? come on

I don't smoke, but I admire the fact that you have the strong will and the urge to quit. I am 200% behind you and very supportive of your decision---just think of the beautiful life that awaits you when you leave the cigarettes!!!

i will give you a practical advice.
when my father decided to quit smoking, he put a packet of cigarettes and a lighter in his pocket .
he did this so as to have the cigarettes within reach so as not to panic and think of how to get a packet.
but before stopping, he convinced himself strongly he wouldnt ever touch them , and persuaded himself that their smell was disgusting, his room, his car, his fingers needed to be aired strongly.
it worked.

i can't quit with you --- because i gave it away years ago and never looked ( not only phsically -- but financialy ) .back
it is all about WILLPOWER !! --- i got realyy a bad dose of the flu and i was coughing and etc . and i just thought ---' i don't need this s--t ' and threw the smokes in the bin .--- end of story !! good luck .( and please stick with your pledge --- you will feel so much better for it ! )
