It's a very good step from you to do, now you are self motivated. It's better to quit you'll have more healthier life and you'll feel the difference. Sorry i don't smoke hia se7a fiha eh dal 3omr fania and i hate and avoiding to get a heart attack. Just be strong and try to stop your self everytime you want to get back and smoke.
Well i advice you to take it gradually don't stop suddenly. Or if you want to, you'll need 40 days with no single cigarette. Good luck and tell me the results after a month and a half.

I will join you in moral support. It will be so easy if you can just make it through the first 48 hours. Once you pass two weeks you should not have any problem. Drink lots of water to detox your system faster.
Don't give up the coffee though!

i wish you all the good luck in the world and i wish u will inspire me to do the same thing :) whenever i smoke i think about the tabacco that goes into my lungs and may kill me just that i have never found the power to fight the impulse of smoking just another cigarette..
so good luck to you cause smoking is deffinately not good for your health and it's better not to do it if you want to be happy while seeing your kids grow in full health

you can do it ma'am..i did..4 months and 2 weeks ago i took the decision and i m ok now...the everlasting question of "what should i do at the times that normally be with the company of a cig.!?" is now history.
it's a matter of deciding..all the rest is not as hard as it seems..
ah..i forgot to tell you..the nicotine gum helped me..
anyway..QUIT NOW!

hehehehe ... there is no such thing as "I am smoking my last cigarette".
if you want to quit then you would only speak in the past tense. such as " I haven't had any cigarettes for 2 months" or "I had my last cigarette yesterday".
But I really hope that you quit forever. good luck.
