My neighbour has gone to work and left the cat out in the pouring rain....should I let her in and dry her off and give her a nice saucer of milk?

Do not give a cat milk, very bad for them, don't feed some else's cat. If the cat hasn't the sense to get out of the rain, tuff. Mine goes in and out of my flat all the time, he hides under a car until someone lets him in the front door, of the block, that is.

yeh let her in but dont give her milk because that damages there stomach and its pretty rude to feed other cats
