I left school 20 years ago, but there is a teacher I have never forgotten and I don't think I will never forget. My English teacher. Had a serious teenage crush on him!

Most pupils at high school are/were neither children and adults (limbo stage) so their idea of 'coolness' is somewhat fantacy..... Some teachers aimed to be 'cool' but never , ever made it.... some teachers were plainly weird..... some teachers were sadistic bastards (1970s corporal punishment then). There was one teacher who we thought was 'cool' , he always took us out in the mini- bus for 'biology studies' and we always went missing hee! , hee!... Wouldn't be allowed now.

Yes there was one teacher I had for a while Marianne Bodie She was just one of those special people that you meet and shapes your life. She was a really unique person, I often wonder what she is doing now hopefully still teaching. I think she pretty much touched all of us in one way or another!

We had a lovely little French teacher who actually came to England to teach in our school. Tragically she died on the way back home. She was very young. It was so so sad!

yes and there's only two reasons.

First, you will never forget a teacher if she's super strict and inconsiderate.

Secondly, you will never forget a teacher if she's friendly but with authority, approachable and you can consider her as a second parent.
