keep on believing in them and let your life be controlled by superstitions to such an extent that you yourself would realize their futility and give up.
There is no drug to cure these sort of things except to go through them.

Look at the superstition in a scientific and logical way, try to debunk them, even experiment (run under a ladder and see what happens) and then just stop beliveing.

Learn more. It depends what you are superstiious about. Often you learn to behave in a specific way because you were in an unfamiliar situation and something worked for you one or two times so you keep it up even though it was purecoincidence.
