It's never the same every morning.... grumpy , happy , dosey , sleepy , singing , thoughtful...... I've always believed it's the type of dream that you have come out of. It's the time that you feel most vulnerable , as you have just came out of your sub-consious stage. I'm not far wrong.

Not until about 3 coffees then a splash with cold water after my wash and sometimes not until the brisk walk on a chilly morning to take the kids to school. Though if i sit down when i get home i start to slug out again so i have to get the kettle on again turn up the music and start doing the housework or put on an exercise DVD.
I'm not good in the mornings.

About an hour during the cause of taking me 7 year to school. On a weekend at least an hour an half.

I work nights so it doesn't take much for me to get moving in the morning time...i'm on my way out the door of work! but when i wake up in the evening sometimes i'll lay around an extra half an hour before i get moving. if i have alot of trouble i'll just drink a vault.

The last year or so, I seem to always wake up on my own about 10 minutes before the alarm goes off.
Then I shut the alarm off and sneak quietly out of bed so my wife can sleep LOL

about 2 hours, this morning i had been up for half an hour and when i went to pour the hot water in my coffee cup i poured it over my coco pops instead! it was the last of the packet too so i was well pissed off!
