Now for anyone who wants to compare a QB, i think it's good to compare their first full season, and i'm sorry if your an idiot that made a comment that brady is a better QB than Romo, you must do research. You know when you look at the past you can tell where your going in the future, and that my friend doesn't make Brady a better qb, in fact maybe less productive, but less mistakes, and this season isn't over so. I really think your under estimating the Cowboys or just pure haters!

If you look to the far left of Bradys stats it says 14 in 2002

I'm a Cowboy fan and you sir are delusional. You are trying to compare Brady in 2002 to Romo of 2007. Right now you can't even compare Brady of 2002 to Brady of 2007.

Brady is the best QB in the NFL right now. He leads in every major stat there is to judge a QB, including the one that really matters, wins.

Real smart their kid insulting my mother. Can you guess what happens next Jr?

People in other parts of the country hate the Cowboys the most because the cowboys have traditionally led the league in annoying bandwagon fans who live in other geographical locations and have no business cheering for the Cowboys. So many of us were subjected to annoying dorks in 4th grade who crowed and took credit for how great Tony Dorsett and Roger Starbauch were, when they should have been cheering for their local team, like well-adjusted boys do.

Then there is the matter of dellusional, cocky statements like that Romo is better than Brady based on the fact that Romo's projected stats for this season are better than Brady's were in 2002. WTF? If you are trying to make some point about how Romo projects into the future, you really can't make a very strong point based on hypothetical future stats. But you are no doubt a product of the Texas public school system and don't understand that in order for evidence to actually have any weight in an argument, the evidence must actually exist. It can't be what you hope will exist over the next season or two.

Romo is a nice qb and could end up being a great one--emphasis on "could." Brady is already a Hall-of-Famer. The highest compliment you could give Romo at this point is to call him Brad-lite.

Oh, and by the way: I'm sorry that you are an idiot who is unfamiliar with the basic rules of punctuation, grammar, spelling, syntax and capitalization. But, again, those Texas public schools...

It's all about attitude. There are lots of teams that get dogged on. And the Cowboys probably aren't dogged on the worst. The Colts win a lot and I don't hear a lot of dogging on them except for other teams trying to say they are better. But at least with the Colts they don't go out there saying that their team is better than everyone else. Most Super Bowl winning teams would take great offense if they went 7-0 at the beginning of the next season and got overshadowed when they still have a perfect record and the team that is overshadowing them they had beaten the last 3 times that they had played them. To not be talked about almost the entire season as far as being the Super Bowl champs that's a total dishonor to any Super Bowl team. Then to even pick them as 4.5 point underdogs when they have home field advantage.

Romo is a good quarterback, but his team is just not on the level of the Patriots and Colts. Those two teams are pretty much in a league of their own this year. If any team has a right to complain about being dogged it's the Colts. But you don't hear them wining or complaining about being dished. They focus on winning the very next game, say little, give the other team respect be respectful and sportsmanlike after the game and move on. I like the attitude of the Colts and how they don't dish other teams. There's nobody stating get the popcorn out. And to be honest I think Dungy doesn't like being the center of attention. The more attention your team gets the more teams strive to beat you. I know he didn't like when Bears finally lost their first game last season and left them as the lone unbeaten. They got dished that year also and the Bears were the favorite for most of the year.

Romo is going to be a great quarterback. His time just hasn't come yet. It took Peyton Manning 6-7 years to finally start getting into his prime and becoming an awesome quarterback with an awesome team. You can have a great quarterback but great quarterbacks don't win Super Bowls. Great teams win Super Bowls. Brady has had a lot of great teams. Starting in 2005 Indianapolis has had some great teams. Dallas is just now starting to build a great team. So be patient. His time is coming.

And I have to give it to the Patriots. They have picked up a little class this year. Normally they would berate every team before and after they played them. They aren't doing that so much this year. But they have been pretty bad about doing that in the past.

The Patriots and Colts are very methodical teams. If you make one or two mistakes they will exploit those mistakes and beat you. I have watched several Dallas games. They make too many mistakes to compete with either the Patriots or Colts.

Please with all the Romo talk, when he wins something thats when the conversation starts. Until then he is Vinny Testaverde. I am not even talking superbowls either . Just win a few NFC Championships or a playoff game . Perhaps before we annoint Romo the next messiah he should win a division first. He has been in exactly 1 big moment in his NFL career and he fumbled a snap , not exactly John Elway in the clutch.

As for the reason people hate the Cowboys its simple. An average quarterback on a good Cowboys team gets fan boy love like he has already won 3 Lombardi trophys. They make stupid comparisons between average cowboy players and the greats of the game, and then try and massage the numbers to fit an argument. Hell if you just take small samplings I can make George Rogers look like one of the best running backs ever to play, or look at Michael Claytons rookie year compared to Terrell Owens . By your logic that makes Clayton better then Owens when he is not even in the same league.

It's a love hate relationship. Either you love them or you hate them. The Patriots have recently joined this boat. It's just part of having enormous success. Fans of other teams start to despise your success. You can't find one fan that hates the Arizona Cardinals. Why? because there is NO reason to hate the Cardinals, they have never done anything but loose. Every fan you talk to will either love or hate the Cowboys and Patriots. It should be taken as a compliment, it means they are good and have enjoyed enormous success througout the years.

It's really not fair to compare Bradys first year numbers vs Romos numbers this year. Both are great but both took different paths. Remember, Brady was pushed into the starting role early while Romo had 3 years to develope, plus he had half a season under his belt coming into this season.

Romo is a good QB, Dallas finally ended the long QB drought. But in all honesty, you can't compare Romo to Brady, or Favre, or Montana, or Aikman, etc, etc, etc. Not yet, it is too early in his career.

Cowboys lasted 3 rounds with the Patriots, and Romo really didn't play bad at all in that game, so he is for real, and so are the Cowboys....but you aren't winning the Super Bowl this year....sorry

actually...right now, your Boys are getting off light. Most of the dogging is on the Patriots these days...apparantly people don't take losing too well.

But, you team gets a lot of heat because of the fans. Until recently, they had basically stunk...for around a decade....but still srtutted around proclaiming themselves America's Team. Tehn the fans want to compare Romo....who is very good....but who has barely even played a full season to the likes of Brady, Manning, Favre, Montana....etc. Someday he might just get ther....but nobody in their second season starting deserves Legend status....cause they haven't proven they can do it down the long hual. So much of the greif you suffer is due to the unreasonable arrogance evidenced by the fanbase. If you get to the SB this season...then ya'll have reason to strut. Chances look pretty good for that.....but we aint even to the playoffs yet.

So, yeah...ya'll catch grief for the same reasons USC fans catch it......living off last years laurels.....and running your mouths like ya'll are the reigning champs. Heck, even the decade of your "Dynasty"...ya'll pretty well stunk on the last half. Prove it, then talk about it. Til then it's all a bunch of whining and hot air.

I am a Cowboys fan but unlike many on both sides, I can be objective because I am a casual fan not a sheep. Romo isnt that great of a QB but he is decent. TO is a pi$$ poor reciever when the game is on the line.
People hate the Cowboys because they are the most storied NFL franchise to date. I like other teams as well but can be honest about big D's long term achievements that put that on top of the pack

I dog on the Cowboys because they call themselves "America's" team when there's 31 other teams in the NFL, and all of them are in America. That's why I hate Romo. I hate the Patriots too, but both Brady and Romo are awesome QB's. I hate admitting that.

I don't know where you got your stats from, but Brady has thrown 2 INT's, not 14.

*Edit*
Oh, that was from 2002. Nevermind that last sentence.

Some people do pick on the Cowboys because of the whole "America Team" thing... but have you ever heard of the Cleveland Browns? It has been a long time since they have been above a .500
