Do you sleep in til when you don't have to get up for anything special?

I have trouble sleeping in general. I try but my cats need to eat! They're on a twice a day feeding schedule because we have a few fat ones and my husband is overseas for a bit.

My sleep in mornings consist of 6-6:30 a.m.~I usually get up at 4:30.

7-8 a.m. is sleeping in time for me...I rise at 3;30 a.m. 5 days a week..=)
