too many to mention. our crash kits in the RAF fire service had zips around the ankles, on the fly and on the jacket, they were often breaking down

On a pair of trousers while on a night out, couldn't fasten the zip after I'd been to the loo, had to keep pulling my top down all night in case anyone could see the gap.

Yes! Included was a great deal of excess weight, one strong male, a firm surface and a coathanger. All before I actually left the house!

It got stuck and I really needed to go. So I ended up splitting through them to do my business. Thing was, it looked like my flies where open all day.
