nope, there is a lack of common sense. No matter what it is gods will or he is testing you.

People who believe in the Bible BELIEVE in it. Most of our answers we would say come from the Bible.
I can share personal experiences and strengths (maturely) without passing judgment, because it isn't my place to judge someone. I also believe Christians should be loving, kind, charitable and understanding of others and their situations, and not be condescending and "holier than thou."
I do not argue with people of other faiths because usually I'm not going to change their mind, and they are certainly not going to change my mind. I just leave them alone, remain friendly, and agree to disagree.
I don't think one church has all the answers, but my belief is that any church that believes in Jesus is o.k. and should be respected. My sister is a Buddist and we disagree all the time, but I love her and we don't push religion on each other. We did get into one argument one time where she said something mean about the Bible, and I asked her how she would like a dog turd in her Zen garden-this is so not a good debate. I hope I helped you with your answer-kind of got off on a tangent here.

It's called faith for a reason, it's hard to describe to someone who doesnt believe. Not all people know how to debate and the problem is you are not debating you are attacking.
And no the devil didn't do it or it's not gods plan

Depends on the Christian. Most Christians don't want to admit they don't know everything and most people debating with them haven't experienced God so can't understand what the Christian is trying to say.

I think you are confusing fundamentalist with Christian
Historically, some of the greatest intellects in history have been practicing and active Christians. One of the exciting dimensions of Christianity is precisely that it is open to and the topic for stimulating intellectual conversation.
Note that I say conversation rather than debate. Debate presumes conflict and the desire to "win". A conversation, on the other hand, is a search for information, open to hear the views of others and an arena in which you are comfortable sharing your own. Conversation is sharing - debate is confronting.

I have experienced same. I am not specific about christians but all even ignorant muslims. Quran tells about this situation:
10) Certainly we sent Rasools before you among the early nations;
11) But whenever a Rasool came to them, they mocked him.
12) Thus do We let doubt creep into the hearts of the criminals;
13) That they do not believe in it, despite the examples of the people who passed before them.
14) Even if we had opened a gate in Heaven and they ascend through it and keep on ascending,
15) Still they would have said, ‘Our eyes have been dazzled; rather we have been bewitched.”
(Quran: Surat Al-Hijr15 –10…15)

It is not possible for you to have a sensible debate because you have a closed mind. There are plenty of open minded people who have debates with open minded Christians all the time. Christianity preaches free will so the vast majority of Christian's do not have closed minds.
Newton are Darwin were both Christians I'll wager that you have accepted their arguments as to how the world works.

hmmmmmmmmm... now let's see.. first of all you can surely have a sensible debate with a Christian... second.. There's nothing wrong if we believe at what we know.. likewise if you believe on something we ourselves DON'T KNOW...uhmmmmmmmmmm .... you cannot say that our argument is wrong, that's harsh.. we just say what we know and act accordingly but sometimes.... we act not according to what we know, which leads other people to think that all Christians are like this and that....

The religious person's problem is that they dare not confront the idea that, although they have spent time, money, energy, commitment, social climbing etc, yet it is all delusion.
They think that although having invested in a Lost Cause then they "can't stop now or I'll lose all I have done!"
Dan Dennett calls this the Concorde Fallacy.
You have to be brave, and walk away from the Religion that Poisons Everything.
