how long U.S. department of State takes to get document authenticate?

i need to have my college transcript, and marriage license send to foreign embassy for relocation, and they need to have these attested prior sending it to them. I've already gotten them notarized, and then gotten secretary of state certificate, and have mailed them to U.S. Authentication office, and its been over 2 weeks, how much longer it takes them to get them back to me?
