Nope, you need to get it worked out if you don't know what to put in by a structural engineer.

you cant ..only a structural engineer can do that and comply with building regs ..remember an rsj not only comes in different sizes but all so different weights for any given lenght

Using Steel requires stress calculations to be completed by a charted and insured engineer. -- UK building regs.

Why not use concrete ? Far less restrictive.

depending on storeys and load bearing or not, single storey non load bearing= concrete beam. single storey load bearing= reinforced concrete beam, double storey non load bearing= reinforced concrete beam, double storey loadbearing= steel beam. for more info go to a reputable builders yard theyll tell you or contact a british builder and not a dodgy polish geeza.
