Allllll the time. Never really felt bad. I didn't cheat because I was stupid, it was mainly because I was too lazy to do the work on my own. Especially in Geometry. I hate showing my work.

I did cheating in the past.
Our physics teacher usually gave a 1-2 minute closed-notes quiz at the start of the class. What I had done prior to that quiz was to write some formula on my palm.
At the exam, while the teacher started to write the question on the board my hands begun to sweat and all the formula have blotted on my palm making it unclear to read. I got zero in that quiz.
It was so uneasy on my part thinking that the teacher might instruct us to raise our hands. I will surely be tease on with the whole class plus some demerits on the exam.
I felt bad about it and it gave me a lesson not to do it again.

I had good grades without cheating, but I cheated for fun. With my friends we try to find different funny way of cheating without getting notice by the teachers.
I also cheated to help others kids, if they asked me to see my sheet of paper, I let them read my work.
And sometimes, like many people, I cheated just because I did't learn the lesson.
I didn't feel bad about it, it's a way to have good grades too. In the adult life you don't have to learn stuff by heart, you just have to know how and where to find the answers. I did that when I was a kid too.

I've cheated when necessary. When I was younger I felt a bit guilty but as I got older I've just done whatever I have needed to do to get by. I wouldn't say that I cheat frequently and I do feel that it has gotten me much better grades sometimes.

I can recall moving from one state to another and there school was more advanced. They threatened to drop me back a couple of grades. I started cheating....and I didn't feel bad about it. I just felt desperate. I wanted to go back home to my mother's home and to my own school where I didnt seem like a moron to those around me. Oh, btw, I found out that year that I needed eyeglasses and that was part of my problem learning stuff while in class.

in elementary school, i remember cheating a lot, in everything but math, and as much as I could. But as i went through the higher grades, it became less and less. By high school and into college i don't recall cheating at all. Well...maybe a few times... ;0) but the times were far and few between.

never did and never will.....I've always believe that as long as you have done your best, it's good. Nothing comes out of cheating... whether in school or anything else...
