He had some moonshine(Sp?) and nows hes all burning up dizzy, and he can't breath to good when he is laying down
what can i do are should do for him?

You took the time to write a question here??? Think about it - high temperature, lack of coordination and difficulty breathing! Do you really need people here to answer a question like that?
