All exercise burns calories. It's the intensity and the duration of the exercise that will burn more calories.

A lot of people have the notion that calories are something bad. They're not. Calories are needed to give all the cells in your body the energy they need to function. Just eat a normal healthy diet and stop worrying about calories. Also, remember to eat until you feel satisfied, not until you feel full.
