You are going to have to be far more specific. There are a great many conditions that can cause chronic muscle pain. It all depends on what your symptoms are and what your contributing factors are. How long has the pain lasted? How wide spread is it? Have you done anything to injure the muscles lately? Is there any swelling, discoloration or fever? It could be simple fatigue from over use, or any number of more serious conditions. I would first attempt over-the-counter pain medications like advil or tylenol they work in different ways so if one doesn't have any effect try the other or perhaps try both. If it feels like cramps, you can try massages or linements or heat. If it feels like a burning sensation, ice can be helpful. If this pain has lasted a long time and doesn't respond to simple pain remedies you may need to see a doctor. They can test to see if the pain is an indicator of a greater problem. If you've done that and been disappointed, find a pain-management doctor.
