The word Christianity describes a religion centered on the life and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth as depicted in the New Testament.
The word was never used by Jesus but: ' ... the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch ' (Acts 11:26). The Greek word used here is translated as Christianous.

Ali,
"Christianity", is a system of belief, that was created in the year 325 A.D., by the Roman Emperor Constantine. His empire was in decay, and he needed a common system of faith, that anyone, including pagan Romans, could belong to. Since the followers of the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, were rapidly multiplying, and showing no signs of going away, he cleverly seized upon the movement as the basis of his new religion. He convened a meeting of all known church leaders and fathers at Nicea. They were ordered to bring all known manuscripts and writings with them. At the end of the Council, a new system of religion had been created, which bore little or no resemblance to the teachings of Jesus. Most of what He taught was cast aside, and many pagan concepts were introduced. Most of Jesus' teaching about the Kingdom of God, has been forgotten, but we have Christmas, Easter, and "Sun"day worship. Most "Christians" have no idea that God is, and always has been, the Father of all mankind. They see Him as some all too human Judge, who will only forgive our sins, if we accept the human sacrifice of His Son Jesus. Totally pagan, from the religion of Mithras, practiced in Rome. People are yoked by tradition, and fettered by authority figures. I doubt that one Christian in a thousand has ever bothered to investigate the origins of the faith they swear to live by. Perhaps one day, we may return to the Way of Christ, loving God as our Father, and all men, as our brothers. Peace be unto you..........

Christians confessed that they are Corrupting and Interpolating Bible

Concept of trinity Trinity is taken from 1 John, chapter 5 verse no 7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one."
In Bible (R.S.V.) revised by 32 Christian scholars of the highest eminence backed by 50 different co-operating denominations, this verse which is the keystone of the Christian faith has been removed as an INTERPOLATION, as a fabrication and as a concoction. It has not been expunged from the Bible by the Muslims or non-Christians, but by 32 Christian scholars as a concoction fabrication because this verse does not exist in the original manuscript. We Muslims must congratulate the galaxy of D.D.’s (Doctors of Divinity) who have been honest enough to eliminate another lie from the English R.S.V. Bible, thus bringing it closer to the teachings of Islam and the Glorious Qur’an.

Christianity simply means believing and following Jesus. It's simply a continuation of Jesus' ministry during his time. He had thousands of disciples then, and now it has multiplied to millions. During Paul and Peter's time, the term Christianity wasn't used yet. They referred to themselves as "The Way." In the book of Acts in the Bible, it is clearly stated how their fellowship as "The way". Over time, this has evolved to the term "Christianity."
