Can You Make Stencils With picasa photoshop? If Yes, How?

If you can make stencils with picasa photoshop, can you show me how?

i dont know what picasa is..but if you mean the normal photoshop, you just can click on Image >Adjustments >Threshold, and set it to your convenience, and then make sure you dont have any briges, adn if there are just paint over with black and make one so its ready to cut... and then if you want you can blend the edges a little bit by Filter> Blur >Gaussian Blur, and the defult should be good. hope this helps!

Picasa doesn't have Photoshop. You must mean Adobe?
