You can wear black stockings if need be, or wear shoes that will cover it. You might even be able to wear a pair of dress pants that are long enough to help cover it.

I too work for a fortune 500 company, and the impression that you want to give is professional, however I would A. wear different shoes or B. Wear those same shoes but focus the attention to something else like say damn good responses to their questions...

Use common sense. If its an issue in the company, keep in covered for the interview and every time you are at work when you get the job. A foot is very easily covered with no one getting suspicious about why its covered.

You can wear different shoes. Or wear some stockings/tights. Or worst comes to worst you can put a bandage on it and say you sprained it. But really people dont look at your feet very often so they probably wont even notice it. I have a friend that has a big tattoo on her foot and people hardly ever notice it.

I would wear either pants that are long enough to cover it, or wear some boot type shoes that will cover it completely. Or maybe try wearing black tights? Black tights look cute with black heels and a black skirt, if you wear a colored top.
Good luck on the interview!

Pat makeup over it thickly, and powder to keep it from smearing. There are actually leg makeups that are thicker, but if you use a stick makeup or tube make up (not a liquid) you will probably not have a problem. You may have to reapply several times until it is covered. If worse comes to worse, wear dark hose.

Where different shoes.
Tattoos are mainstream, but showing that when you are applying for an important job like this IMO is unprofessional.
You can also try make up or bandaids.

I would have to say wear different shoes. This is part of the responsibility of having tattoos.
