There is a pain in the ankle joint and on the top side of the feet. While walking or standing. After long walk the pain continues while sitting and in sleeping position also. Pain killers or foot massage helps a little, but since about 2 years the pain is there more or less. When there is pain there is also tightness felt at the bottom center part of the feet Two years back there has been an operation for removing the uterus and ovaries. Doctor assumes it to be dryness of muscles which makes the muscles less elastic. This causes pain. One week medication was prescribed which did not help much and some injections in the feet are suggested which I have avoided as they are steroids. What is the medical term for such a disease? Is there any other solution and are there any tests by which the diagnosis can be ascertained.

From your story, i note that your heart is so small not enough
to send marginal parts of your body. Maybe the blood pressure was low when you were teenager.
This is major reason for your complaints.

The other might be the humidity of your body.
This means your blood circulation is not in good condition
because of humidity. If white mosses are thick in your tongue
this is correct guess.

To treat above problem and extra symptoms( i guess you are
feeling some pain on waist and shoulders or swollen on legs),
the herbal treament shall be requested.

English pages in http://www.harabiclinic.com/ shows lots of cases regarding to the heart.

Tanmayla,
Have you had an x-ray of your foot? Is it one foot or both? Have you been to an Ortho Dr. If it has been 2 years and you have no answer from your Dr. and it still hurts maybe you should try another Dr. If it is both feet, it could be circulation if you are an older adult or have diabetes. If it is one foot maybe it is an old injury and you have arthritis in that area? I hope it feels better soon. Try an Ortho Dr.

try wrongdiagnosis.com. They have a message board and forum for finding others with similar symptoms and hopefully diagnostic ideas.
