I think Alan Colmes is a liberal nut job. But I admire his ability to be respectful and admit when he is wrong. He also will stand up for ANYONE he feels is being wrongly attacked regardless of party affiliation.

I have always admired Alan Dershowitz. If we had coffee and conversation together I am sure that we could not agree on the color of sh!t but I admire his intellectual honesty. I have never heard him defy logic or principle for his political views.

A great example of this is his view on private gun ownership. As a true lib he hates guns; but he CAN read the Second Amendment, he can see that it is a protected right. His view is that we need to ban guns but we need to follow the proper procedures laid down by the Founding Fathers for amending the Constitution. I am an adamant believer in private firearm ownership but I cannot argue with that.

I also like Alan Colmes; although I usually disagree with him like the way he uses attempts to use logic to explain his position. I have to admit he has changed my mind on a few things. Oddly enough I understand some libs hate him because he is not emotionally unhinged enough for them.

Actually, I like Al Franken when he did Stuart Smalley's Daily Afirmations on SNL. Particularly the Michael Jordan and Halloween ones.

Most all Hollywood actors and actresses are Liberal nut jobs, but they put out good movies from time to time.
