Okay. Cut out eating in between meals.
Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb’s like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies, fruits etc. These are the fat making foods. Learn exactly what your food groups are so you then know what puts the weight on and off.
Don’t add salt to your meals. Cut out soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.
If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories. But just do what your body lets you do. Walking is just as good combined with diet control.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets. Like “Slim Right”.
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals. If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Herbal teas, low fat milk and water are your best choice of drinks.
Summary:
Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast. Remember all cereals are carbohydrates!
Lunch can best be a protein drink. Like “Slim Right”.
And all normal meals at a normal serve. Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these. Walking as much as you can.
For those that want to build more muscle add some gym work to the above as well.
Technical Stuff:
All our bodies require a specific quantity of a protein level. The protein is taken from the food we eat. If we eat higher concentrations of protein from specific foods like say meat then that level is reached quickly. If we don’t eat enough protein then our body searches for other sources of protein contained within the Carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates only contain a small amount of protein so we end up consuming too much of it just to get out limit of protein. At the same time absorbing too much sugar from the carbohydrates and in turn too much weight. This is how and why we put on weight. Many people over eat because they don’t consume enough protein from the right sources. Then they over compensate by binge eating carbohydrate type foods.

G'Day Im 45, 6 foot 1 and 6 months ago my weight was 122kgs or 268lbs, now I am 100kg or 220lbs. My diet was pretty bad, excess coke a few to many beers plus a bit of junk on top a good diet, with this I was a shift worker which makes it very hard for you to control your intack and often having stuff with sugar plus coke to keep me going during the night.
What did I do. If I was on day work I would start with 2 weetbix or vitabrit plus a bannana with skim milk morning tea a High protein shake, Lunch usually a small tin of samon on wholemeal bread (a good mix of High Protein and Carbs. Afternoon tea a high protein shake 2 hours latter another high protein shake then tea vegies and whatever then before bed another high protein shake. Along with this I cut out all coke and probably now drink 3 to 4 litre of water and have a beer on the weekend. The ideal thing is to have 6 meals a day realistically preparing 6 just does not work to much time to prepare so thats where my High protein shakes come in. You can get this from any health food shop, make sure you get the one to excelrate metabolism not the one to builkd musle. High protein is excellent for turning your metablosim on. Exercise is critical to start the burning process 3 to 4 time a week I go to the GYM. I started off being only ablke to manage 5 on bike and 10 minutes on treadmill but over time now do 15 minutes on bike ate 100rpm and 15 on treadmill mix of walk and jog and then 10 minutes on the cross trainer. Plus 60 to 120 crunches and some weights. Muscle burns fat.
All this is really hard to disciplne yourself when you first start but have a go and after a month it will become automatic. Water is the key to for me it took ages to get use to the bland taste but now its all good.
So if you can manage it have 3 carbs and 3 protien meals a day even 4 protein owuld be good.
Good luck to you

you need to draw up a sensible eating and exercise regime. ao lets say, its 8/9 weeks until christmas, you would wan to aim to lose 2 pounds a week. try this:
breakfast: weetabix with skimmed milk and an orange.
dinner:baked fish or any steamed meat with a large portion of green vegetables.
late afternoon snack:low fat cheese served with grapes.
snacks: low calorie bags of crisps(under 100 cals)
2 jaffa cakes
a piece of fruit
tips: only eat carbohydrates at breakfast.
aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
make sure you get plenty of sleep every night to maintain
energy levels
exercise:walking everyday for 20 minutes, gradually build that to 45 minutes
good luck:)

Cardio!!! its always good to maintain a healthy life style. Cut down on the carbs and try not to eat afte 7pm. Dont starve yourself. Stick to 3 meals a day with healthy snacks in between your meals. Drink plenty of water. Water melon is a good fruit since its 90% water. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day there for it is very important for you to have breakfast. Have something light like oatmeal or something that sticks. Try to desintoxicate you body...

Cut some calories from your diet. Get more exercise. Don't drink beverages that are loaded with calories, like beer, juices and soda, unless you are factoring them into your total calories for the day. Don't eat for at least 2-3 hours before you go to bed.

You really should only lose a pound or two a week for healthy weight loss. Try lots of protein, lower your carbs , count calories. Find some charts online that tell you how many calories you need a day. Exercise everyday. Eat lots of fresh vegetables, too.

To lose the weight, you need to reduce your caloric intake and expend more calories than you take in. If you lift weights, as well as get cardio exercise, you will lose faster and maintain your health. If you choose to add weight training, be sure to get enough carbohydrates to keep up your enegy, as well as monitor your protein intake. Hope that helps a little.
