She is your boss and couldn't get involved with you even if she was free because of the sexual harassment laws so it is important that you don't let the cat out of the bag. She is also married with a child and that makes her off limits to you. Concentrate on maintaining a proper professional and business relationship with her and stay away from any personal comments about looks or activities outside of the work place. Crushes are normal when you're 19 and there is nothing wrong with admiring a woman from afar so long as you don't act on those crushes when that person is not free or willing to return those feeling.

There are a number of things that will give you away in a situation like this. There really isn't anything you can do about that. Meanwhile if she isn't interested in you she either won't notice your signals or will ignore them. If she flirts with you or flat out tells you are the only way you'll really know without asking. Note: be careful to take flirting as approval as some people are natural flirts.

Why should you avoid doing anything? Have you been groping her or something? If yes, I would avoid doing that. Otherwise, get over it Junior. She is a married woman with a family. And you don't have a shot. Find someone your own age. And don't try to skank in on her marriage.
FYI - If she finds out you like her...A big disapproval notice would be your pink slip.

Don`t avoid anything. Call her over for help with a problem that has a simple solution and let her solve it every chance you get. If she doesn`t get annoyed and acts like she really enjoyed helping you that is a pretty good clue that she is interested. Don`t let her being married slow you down any.
