Ramen noodles are full of sodium and preservatives that are bad for you. It's a good idea to limit the amount of Ramen you eat period. Eating it alot with no exercise is a way to get bloated and gain a few pounds.

Not really unless you have some condition that prohibits too much salt. Ramen Noodles have a lot of sodium in them.

its got some sodium and stuff in it, but its not harmful. just dont overdo it, like 9 bowls of ramen at once. but i doubt youre doing that. right?

dont think so, or ive been eating it wrong. if its bad, cant be badder than the noodles themselves
