Hello. I want to grow my hair out. For some reason I had it shaved yesterday.
Being as how I'm an 18 year-old male, how long do you reckon it would take for it to grow long ( as in, to my chin)?

It grows about 1/2 inch a month, it also grows a little slower in the winter compared to faster in summer. You can do the math.

Hair grows at about 1/2 in (1 cm) per month. What you mean by growing your hair down to your chin (from the front of your head?) I'm not sure. Measure from your hairline to your chin, and expect it to take twice as long as there are inches between your hairline and your chin.

It really depends, some peoples hair grows really fast and does not need to be trimmed, like mine. while others can only grow their hair to a certain point or take a long time to grow even with with frequent trimmings
