sharps introduced the 3 1/4 inch 45-120 in 1878/79 so its not an 1863 45-120.
the 1863 was loaded through the breach but was fired with a separate percussion cap on a nipple or with paper tape roll caps.
look the gun over & see where it was made, italian reproductions are worth much less than U.S. manufactured ones.

If there is much wear and tear, a few hundred dollars less than you paid for it, and if it is NIB, depending on how long you've had it, and who made it, anywhere from the same as you paid for it to a couple of hundred dollars more.
BTW, if your rifle is a Model 1863, it is a percussion .52 caliber and not a .45-120 Sharps.
If it is a reproduction, depending on maker and condition, it is worth between $400.00 and $800.00. If it is an original Sharps, it depends on condition, but it could be worth upwards of several thousand dollars. If it is an original Sharps, not a reproduction, you need to have it examined and appraised by a qualified appraiser.

Let's put it this way.
It's worth enough that you require the services of a firearms appraiser, not just one of us online yokels, -experience and titles under our names or not.
There are numerous factors that effect the value of Sharps rifles, and there is no substitute for a HANDS ON examination by an EXPERT on Sharps rifles to determine it's value.
For links to reputable firearms appraisers, try
http://www.gregmartinauctions.com
In addition, they likely have quite a few Sharps rifles for sale on that site at any given time, Perhaps by comparing your rifle to guns on there, you can give yourself a ballpark estimate - (but don't take a ballpark estimate to the bank.)
